The role involves preparing menus in collaboration with colleagues, ensuring adequacy of supplies at cooking stations, training junior chefs, and enforcing strict health and hygiene standards.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar standard establishment.
- Relevant culinary or hospitality qualifications.
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
