About This Role

The ServiceNow Developer role is a key position within the Department of Conservation, responsible for managing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Customizing ServiceNow modules and applications to enhance functionality.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless integration and performance.
  • Staying updated with ServiceNow best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, configuration, and integrations.
  • Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services integrations.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and how they integrate with ServiceNow.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
