Job Description:
This role requires a seasoned sales leader to drive digital transformation in Australia's premier financial institutions. The ideal candidate will accelerate the growth of ServiceNow's Financial Services practice by delivering transformational value to new and existing customers.

  • Lead a team of sales representatives in a matrixed environment to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
  • Develop and execute vertical and horizontal sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and nurture relationships at the highest levels of organizations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 10+ years' experience managing a team of field-based sales representatives in the enterprise software space.
  • Deep Australian Financial Services experience across multiple levels of the industry.
  • A strong track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills within Financial Services and at the C Level.
