Position Overview:

In this key role, you will play a vital part in driving business growth by developing strong relationships with fitness professionals and entrepreneurs. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, engaging in B2B communications, and supporting our founder in managing daily operations when needed.

You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to build trust with potential clients, negotiate partnerships, and provide excellent customer service. Your ability to work independently and make confident decisions will be essential in driving sales growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Outreach:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and develop targeted outreach strategies
  • Engage in regular cold calling and emailing campaigns to convert leads into clients

B2B Relationship Building:

  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with fitness professionals and entrepreneurs
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships and contracts

Client Communication:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to inquiries and follow-ups
  • Maintain open and transparent communication channels with clients and stakeholders

Market Research:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Develop data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and improve performance

Founder Support:

  • Assist the founder in managing daily operations, responding to high-priority messages, and supporting the team
  • Take ownership of specific tasks and responsibilities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage CRM updates, track progress, and prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes
  • Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping and data management

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales, B2B communications, or a similar field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Experience with CRM software and email marketing tools is an asset
  • A genuine passion for the fitness industry and a drive to help businesses succeed
