Cafe Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Cafe Operations Manager at PLNG Foverage Limited. This is a full-time permanent position that requires a strong passion for food and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with overall management, including meeting budgets and conducting accurate stock-takes.
  • Have tight control on daily/weekly ordering.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth cafe operations.

Requirements:
  • Candidate who is available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Candidate with relevant qualification in cookery and culinary level 5 and above.
  • Candidate with three to four years of relevant current cafe experience.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in a busy cafe.
  • Passionate about food.
  • Cook quality food at speed with consistency.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
  • Comply with Food Safety and Food control Plan.
  • Clear (and friendly) communication with your team members.
