High-Performing Branch Manager Leader

Your commercial acumen and sales management experience will set you apart from other candidates as you engage your team through values-based leadership.
The Branch Manager plays a key role in keeping the building trade in the region moving forward. Key Responsibilities include:
- Strong sales, operational, and analytical skills, with an understanding of business drivers.
- Ability to lead a team and make strategic decisions using strong commercial acumen.
- Business planning skills and understanding of key financial performance drivers.

Our competitive salary package includes incentives, vehicle, laptop & mobile. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000 - $150,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. We also offer a 7.5% Benefits Package, including Superannuation Savings Scheme, Life & Disability Insurance, and Southern Cross Health Insurance.
