Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Operations Specialist at Auctus, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. You will also prepare and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Additionally, you will generate and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts. Your duties will also include monitoring and categorizing expenses to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints, as well as assisting with payroll processing and ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees and compliance with tax regulations. You will utilize accounting software to streamline processes and improve accuracy, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to financial practices. You will also liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments to address financial inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. If you do not have relevant qualifications, at least three years of relevant experience is required. You will also need to demonstrate proficiency in accounting software, strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
