  1. About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backpackers Manager to join our team at J&B Accommodation Investments Limited, based in Hamilton. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring a high level of service and quality to our guests.
  2. Key Responsibilities:
    1. Provide exceptional customer service to guests, catering to their individual preferences and needs.
    2. Conduct regular inspections of maintenance supplies, renovations, furnishings, and security issues.
    3. Deal with customer complaints and comments in a professional and timely manner.
    4. Ensure the smooth running of all banqueting outlets.
    5. Lead and motivate the Front of House team, building rosters and managing ordering.
    6. Implement quality control measures in all guest areas, as well as back of house and front-of-house areas.
  3. Requirements:
    1. Relevant qualification in business or management, or 3 years of managerial experience in managing teams.
    2. Physical fitness and activity.
    3. Positive personality, energy, and a can-do attitude.
    4. General knowledge of basic maintenance and upkeep of grounds.
    5. Excellent communication and organisation skills.
