We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Specialist/Territory Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in a designated territory of retail customers/stores in the Southland/Otago Region (Oamaru – Stewart Island). The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to deliver AOP sales targets, working closely with the grocery key account team to drive promotional and shopper activities at store level, and monitoring and ensuring shelf compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a suitable level of physical fitness to enable them to safely lift and move stock, and a full clean driver's license with the willingness to be on the road working independently. Additionally, they will have unrestricted work rights in New Zealand. We offer a competitive salary, 3% Kiwisaver Employer Contribution, and quarterly bonus, as well as medical insurance for the employee and their family, income protection, and life insurance.
