About the Role

A project coordinator will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and Plan Management: Support project managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Issue Resolution: Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues that may arise.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate project meetings and prepare progress reports.
  • Procurement Assistance: Assist with procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Resource Management: Manage project resources, including personnel and equipment.
  • Documentation and Tracking: Maintain accurate project documentation and track expenses to budget.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections and address any project-related issues.
  • Solution Implementation: Collaborate with project managers to implement solutions for project challenges.
  • Hazard Management: Identify and manage hazards and risks in line with Health and Safety policies.
  • Compliance and Prioritization: Ensure compliance with safety standards in the workplace and prioritize personal health, safety, and wellbeing.
