We're looking to expand our Wellington-based team with an additional Project Coordinator.
The successful Project Coordinator will be detail-oriented, proactive, well-organised and have exceptional communication and people skills.
You will manage project administrative tasks, coordinate meeting logistics, maintain project databases, support communication workflows, prepare routine reports, track action items and deadlines.
Projects which you will have the chance to be involved in include design and construction works for government organisations, such as the Ministry of Education and Department of Internal Affairs.
Prior project experience working in a technical environment would set you apart from others.
