We are seeking a visionary policy leader with a passion for advancing Maori health outcomes. As a Principal Policy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-level policy advice in Maori health, ensuring our work supports Government and Ministry priorities.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • An appropriate tertiary level professional qualification and relevant work experience in policy settings.
  • Significant experience in policy development in central agency settings, particularly public health policy.
  • Excellent analytical and systems thinking with the ability to provide thought leadership in complex situations.
  • A deep understanding and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application in policy and legislation processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and advising on complex policy issues and influencing and managing a range of complex stakeholders.
