**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Administration Specialist to join our Maori Health team. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Maori Health Committee and contribute to the development of initiatives that promote health equity and well-being for Indigenous communities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the preparation and facilitation of MHC meetings, ensuring effective decision-making and collaboration among committee members.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of MHC activities, decisions, and recommendations.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative support to senior executives or committees.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
