Strategic Performance Director for New Zealand Police

New Zealand Police is seeking a Strategic Performance Director to lead its performance and data centre of excellence.
This role will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-led data reporting models that align with the organisation's goals and priorities.
The successful candidate will oversee the collection, analysis, and utilisation of data to improve organisational performance, guide both operational and strategic decision-making, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include partnering with internal business groups to develop a performance and data centre of excellence, working with external organisations to support Police data utilisation, and developing and implementing evidence-led data reporting models.
The ideal candidate will have proven ability to lead and create a strong and positive workplace culture, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with different groups at all levels with clarity.
A salary range of $203,400 - $210,180 per annum is available for this position, depending on skills and experience relevant to the role.
