We are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor to join our team in the Otago region. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our work programme, building strong relationships with Maori organisations and communities, and providing mentoring and coaching to Advisors within the region.
You will have a high level of understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi and Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and be able to actively manage significant relationships with Ngai Tahu Papatipu Runanga and Nga Maata waka communities. You will also have experience working with Whanau, Hapu, Iwi, Maori organisations and communities, and be able to provide guidance on programme evaluation and management.
