About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Events and Fundraising Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on children's lives by driving fundraising initiatives and events.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, cultivating relationships, and overseeing the successful planning and execution of events. Your ability to identify opportunities for growth, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and engage with stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Head of Partnerships, Fundraising and Individual Giving and Senior Community Fundraising Manager on developing the annual fundraising and events plan in line with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Events and Fundraising team (two direct reports).
  • Manage the entire lifecycle for events – from strategy, planning, execution to evaluation.
  • Optimise existing fundraising events and campaigns to ensure maximum return.
