The Role

  • You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase cross-sales to existing customers, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, informing customer strategies and recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain professional profiles in the market, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • This role is ideal for emerging staff looking to take on relationship management responsibilities and build a successful career in financial services.

Your Qualifications

  • A background or experience within the commercial sector is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • You should have great financial literacy, analytical skills, and commercial and business acumen.
  • Strong analytical ability to assess and interpret implications of financial trends is preferred but not essential.
  • Prior experience working with stakeholders and establishing and managing relationships in a customer delivery role/customer experience is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral are required.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
