- What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Background or experience within the commercial sectorGreat financial literacy, analytical skills, commercial and business acumen is preferred but not essentialStrong analytical ability to assess and interpret implications of financial trends is preferred but not essentialPrior experience working with stakeholders and establishing and managing relationships in a customer delivery role/customer experienceExcellent communication skills both written and oralStrong time management skills and ability to prioritiseExperience in the banking industry is advantageous, but not a requirementYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
