Funding and Administration Support

The successful candidate will provide essential administrative, monitoring, reporting, and funding support to our Community and Economic Development Team. This will include administering and monitoring the community grants funding process, managing budgets, accruals, and reconciliations related to community grants, and coordinating the monthly collection of KPI data from team members and compiling reports on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administering community grants funding process;
  • Managing budgets and accruals;
  • Compiling KPI reports;
  • Providing administration for key civic events;
  • Serving as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
