About the Role
In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Community and Economic Development Team to drive the success of community grants and strategic initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing essential administrative support, managing budgets and accruals, and analysing performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor community grants funding process, ensuring compliance with grant guidelines and communicating with grant applicants and recipients.
- Manage budgets, accruals, and reconciliations related to community grants.
- Coordinate the monthly collection of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data from team members and compile reports on performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to analyse data
- Organised and efficient with multiple tasks
- Understanding of grants administration and adherence to deadlines
