Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative, monitoring, reporting, and funding support to our Community and Economic Development Team.
  • Administer and monitor community grants funding process, ensuring compliance with grant guidelines and communicating with grant applicants and recipients.
  • Manage budgets, accruals, and reconciliations related to community grants.
  • Coordinate the monthly collection of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data from team members and compile reports on performance.
  • Analyse performance data from grant funding, strategy implementation, project management, and KPI reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
