The Role:We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Coordinator to support our projects across the country. You will be responsible for managing project documentation, general communications, health and safety documentation, coordinating meetings, and assisting with project setup. Additionally, you will assist in the coordination and submission of consents, RFI's, and DFR's, drive project closeout, and handle other tasks as required.
Your Skills:You will have 3+ years' experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction industry. You should possess extensive administration skills, strong time management and multi-tasking skills, and a conscientious, inquisitive attitude. You should also have experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Procore, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
