About the Role

In this key administrative role, you will provide vital support to our Community and Economic Development Team. As a dedicated administrator, you will help drive the success of community grants, strategic initiatives, administration, and support for civic events.

You will ensure the seamless delivery of support to our team while maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grant Administration: Administer and monitor the community grants funding process, ensuring compliance with grant guidelines and providing timely communication to applicants and recipients.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets, accruals, and reconciliations related to community grants, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Data Analysis: Coordinate the monthly collection of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data from team members and compile reports on performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports for grant funding and other relevant projects, highlighting successes and challenges.
  • Performance Improvement: Analyse performance data to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement.
  • Civic Events: Provide administration for key civic events, such as Citizenship Ceremonies, ensuring smooth execution and excellent stakeholder experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information, and fostering positive professional relationships.
