About the Role
The Canterbury Eye Service at Christchurch Hospital requires an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support its team. This fixed-term, part-time position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for healthcare.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate booking practices, maintaining patient confidentiality, and providing administrative support to the clinical team. You will work closely with the team to achieve high levels of accuracy and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out work to Health NZ Te Whatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury standards for booking practices
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
- Ensuring all information is collated, patient records are complete and managed
- Providing administrative support to the clinical team
Required Skills and Qualifications
