**Job Overview:**
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated business development manager to join our client's team in Christchurch. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and maintaining the company's reputation as a leader in the industry.
**Responsibilities:**
- Acquire new business across various sectors, such as large format Retail, Education, Healthcare, Food Processing, and Commercial
- Nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions
- Prepare and present quotes/proposals, and collaborate closely with the operations management team to ensure seamless service delivery
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- A proven track record in B2B service contract sales, preferably in the commercial cleaning industry or related sectors
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to relate to stakeholders from diverse businesses
