Sales Growth Lead for Asia-Pacific

Quest Software Canada Inc seeks a highly motivated Sales Growth Lead for Asia-Pacific & Japan to drive sales growth and expansion in the APJ region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the APJ market and its dynamics, as well as experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in the APJ region, aligning with Quest's overall business objectives. Collaborate with Regional Sales Leaders to establish a regional sales strategy, ensuring alignment with Quest's product roadmap and go-to-market activities. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across five regions, identifying opportunities for sales growth and expansion. Develop and manage sales forecasts, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Work closely with sales operations and marketing teams to support sales initiatives and ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and sales management, with a strong understanding of the APJ market and its dynamics. Proven leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams and driving sales growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
