About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and competitive Business Development Executive to join our team at Accessman Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue from both new and existing customers in the Auckland Region.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Pro-active business development, cold-calling and generating your own leads
  • Ongoing relationship management and new business development
  • Consistently meeting set KPI's & targets
  • Delivery of high level of customer service to achieve ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Face to face site visits to actively hunt out and generate new sales

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a hunter with great relationship management skills; able to talk the talk and deliver what your customers need without compromising on service delivery or price. You should have the ability to plan your day to maximize your time to get in front of your customers and generate sales.

You will be working autonomously while participating as part of the overall team. Ideally, you will have worked within the construction, freight, logistics or similar industry in a sales, relationship management, account manager, business development role.
