At Compass Group New Zealand, we are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to lead our sales efforts in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can identify and capitalize on market trends to drive commercial success.

About the Role

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that meet budgetary targets and support the operations team in retaining key sector contracts and clients. As a senior executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with C-suite clients
  • Leading all steps in the sales funnel process
  • Supporting national/regional group bid opportunities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. A BCom or MBA qualification is preferred, but not essential.
