We are seeking a Market Expansion Professional to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Auckland region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the Auckland region
  • Establish strong relationships with key independent customers to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support national accounts, engage regional stakeholders, and drive sales execution within the Traditional Trade sector
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance to inform future business decisions
Requirements
  • Familiarity with the New Zealand impulse and convenience trade channel is essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate sales opportunities and manage pricing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams, customers, and distributors
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and consistently delivering results
  • A high level of energy and resilience to effectively manage workload, communicate clearly, and overcome obstacles
