Job Description
As a Senior Performance & Process Analyst in our Customer team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a great customer experience by analysing and improving customer-related processes and data.
You'll work with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business performance, using your analytical skills to identify pain points and recommend improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary qualification in a business, commerce or operations related discipline
- Proven experience improving customer satisfaction, experience and performance through customer-driven strategies and building tools from scratch
- Exceptional relationship management, change management and influencing skills
