Job Description
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Deep diving into customer metrics and data to identify areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing customer driven strategies to improve satisfaction, experience and performance
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements to customer interactions and internal operational workflows
Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification in a business, commerce or an operations related discipline
- Proven experience improving customer satisfaction, experience and performance through customer driven strategies
- Excellent process and analytical thinking skills with an orientation for continuous improvement and innovation
