Job Overview

This varied role offers you a different challenge every day and will empower your own learning to enable you to continually grow your knowledge within our team.

We are seeking a person with a high-level administrative background who is system savvy, competent in the use of MS Office applications, and can easily adapt to new systems.

You will be a resilient person with a focus on customer-centric delivery, which means providing prompt and accurate responses to all customer queries.

The role involves conveying and collating information in relation to the receipt, recording, and issuing of Engineering consents, and associated financial transactions, as well as offering administrative support to Engineers and specialists.

Your adherence to business rules and processes is essential, and attention to detail will be vital to ensure our systems are accurate and well-maintained.

  • Providing process support to the Regulatory Engineering Consent team.
  • Conveying and collating information related to the receipt, recording, and issuing of Engineering consents.
  • Offering administrative support to Engineers and specialists.
  • Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in our systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

High-level administrative background.

System savvy and competent in the use of MS Office applications.

Ability to adapt to new systems.

Resilient and focused on customer-centric delivery.

Ability to thrive under pressure and juggle competing priorities.

Strong relationships-building skills.
