**The Opportunity**

Role Overview

This exciting opportunity exists within The Warehouse Group's Support Office in Northcote, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient claims handling and communication processes.

As an Insurance and Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire claims journey, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders, and collaborating with a team to deliver outcomes as part of the Protection Framework.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating claims handling and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborating with a team to achieve set outcomes.
  • Liaising with insurance companies, customers, and store networks to resolve claims.
  • Applying product knowledge and expertise to provide optimal solutions.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in a contact centre environment, preferably in insurance.
  • Strong product knowledge, especially in technology or appliances.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A professional phone manner, enabling clear and concise communication.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work tasks.
  • Effective decision-making abilities.
  • A proactive approach, prioritising tasks efficiently.
  • A passion for working with diverse individuals and building strong relationships.
