Role Description:
We are seeking a highly capable and adaptable Senior Administrator to provide administrative and finance support. This role involves wearing multiple hats, providing support in finance, administration, membership services, and engaging directly with members. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, highly organized, and comfortable handling a broad range of tasks in a dynamic environment.
The Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Finance & Accounting Support: Assisting with accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
  • Payroll Processing: Supporting payroll processing and liaising with external accountants as needed.
  • Membership Services: Engaging with members, handling inquiries, assisting with renewals, and ensuring smooth membership processes.
  • Office Coordination: Maintaining office systems, coordinating meetings, managing suppliers and purchasing, and ensuring an efficient working environment.
  • Data Analysis: Using MS Excel to manage and analyze data, create reports, and assist with financial tracking.

Requirements:
  1. Experience in a senior administration role.
  2. Financial Acumen: Strong financial knowledge, with experience in accounts support and payroll.
  3. MS Excel Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in MS Excel.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders and members.
  5. Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
