Key Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Liaison, you will be responsible for directing calls appropriately, retrieving files from storage, checking disbursements, and paying bills by cheque or bank transfer.

You will also review documents to identify privileged disclosure, redact, and sort them accordingly. Additionally, you will handle communication with prospective new clients via email, post, and phone.

Facilitating the smooth running of the office, you will monitor shared mailboxes, complete tasks where applicable, and perform general administrative tasks such as processing incoming and outgoing post.
