About the role

This opportunity is a six-month fixed-term full-time role for maternity leave cover. The role will be based on-site in our Greenlane office. The successful applicant will be working alongside Client Relationship Managers, the Programme Management team and reporting to the Administration Manager. The role involves supporting the Programme team with the running of all programmes, ensuring any documentation is processed accurately, deadlines are met, and programmes are managed effectively.

While this role has a strong administration focus to it, you will also get the opportunity to be involved in other quality management projects and enjoy some great learning opportunities within the Programme and Admin team. Primary duties and responsibilities include:

  • Office management tasks (including ordering stationery and office supplies)
  • The day-to-day co-ordination of Edvance training programmes (enrolments, accounts, database management, programme co-ordination)
  • Manage and coordinate the enrolment documentation process of learners from paperwork, ID follow-ups, certifications and documentations
  • Input info on the CRM and student database
  • Liaise with the Client Relationship and Programme Teams on paperwork and enrolment follow-up
  • Providing general administration support for the Edvance team and programmes
  • Supporting the smooth operation of the Auckland office

All of this will require regular liaison with colleagues and clients at all levels both internally and externally, so excellent interpersonal skills and a confident telephone manner are essential.

About you

  • Prior work experience in office administration or similar – ideally 2 years min experience
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Systematic and proactive with a high attention to detail
