Are you a medical professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in the field of radiology? We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Radiologist with a special interest in Nuclear Medicine to join our team at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Southern.

We offer a unique chance to be part of the setup of our new Nuclear Medicine department in the Dunedin hospital, as well as being at the forefront of introducing new procedures and Nuclear medicine imaging. As an integral member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues from around New Zealand and Australia, and within the district hospitals.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and is committed to excellence in their work. You will be responsible for providing reporting services for Nuclear Medicine, general CT, MRI, SPECT-CT, and other radionuclide imaging, as well as administrative duties to support the service.

To succeed in this role, you must be FRANZCR qualified (or equivalent) and hold, or be eligible for, vocational registration with the Medical Council of NZ. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori, or have a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.

We offer a competitive salary range between $185,380 and $267,980 per annum pro-rata, depending on your experience and qualifications.
