About the Role

As a Hand Therapy Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and achieving optimal outcomes. Your responsibilities will include conducting advanced professional assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based practice guidelines. You will also provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members, contributing to the development of the hand therapy service within the organization.

Key Accountabilities:
• Conducting advanced professional assessments and developing treatment plans for patients with hand-related injuries or conditions
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
• Developing and implementing evidence-based practice guidelines for hand therapy within the organization
• Mentoring and supervising junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in hand therapy
