Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Hand Therapy Service as a Registered Hand Therapist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and clinically effective patient assessment and intervention, with a focus on hand therapy management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience working in hand therapy, along with demonstrated leadership skills and contribution to interdisciplinary service development. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, and be competent in te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori.

About the Role

  • Provide advanced professional assessments and complete appropriate interventions
  • Train, supervise, and mentor interdisciplinary staff and students
  • Facilitate and lead service improvements
