About the Role

This part-time on-site position for a MSK Physiotherapist is located in the Christchurch Metropolitan Area.

The successful candidate will conduct assessments, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, provide rehabilitation and injury prevention services, and offer ergonomic advice.

Daily tasks include documentation, coordinating with other healthcare providers, and monitoring patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role involves engaging directly with patients and providing expert guidance to improve their physical health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing rehabilitation and injury prevention services
  • Offering ergonomic advice and guidance
  • Documenting patient progress and coordinating with other healthcare providers
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled MSK Physiotherapist with:

  • Strong proficiency in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy, with skills in injury prevention and rehabilitation
  • Experience with ergonomic assessment and pain management
  • Capability in developing and implementing customized treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • New Zealand registered Physiotherapist with a current Annual Practicing Certificate
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications or certifications in related areas is a plus
