We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant / Office Manager to support the CEO and Leadership Team in their daily activities and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional support to the CEO and Leadership Team
- Manage general office administration, including ordering supplies and maintaining relationships with regular vendors
- Assist with accounts and financial tasks, such as bank reconciliations
- Offer HR support, including onboarding and offboarding processes, employee record maintenance, and international travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal company events
We require a highly motivated individual with 3+ years' experience as a personal assistant in a tech or startup environment.
- Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices
- Familiarity with Xero, Asana, and Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Aptitude for learning new software
