As a key member of our Organisational Development unit, you will be responsible for supporting core financial functions, including payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll, respond to staff queries, and maintain knowledge of relevant legislation
- Manage accounts payable, including weekly and monthly payment runs
- Assist with accounts receivable management
- Support the Lead - Finance and Administration with various duties as required
- Maintain up-to-date supplier information and manage operations tasks to ensure efficient office operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll, accounts payable, reconciliations, and expense reimbursements
- Familiarity with office supply management, vehicle booking systems, and event coordination
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
