About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Management Accountant to join our finance team, where you'll play a key role in driving improvements in the delivery of healthcare across the Southern region.

In this position, you'll work closely with the Interim District Finance Lead to ensure all business information is accurate and timely, including:

  • Developing financial plans and strategies, considering financial implications and opportunities to reduce costs
  • Evaluating business initiatives, ensuring they're robustly challenged and improving value for money decision making
  • Providing guidance on budgeting and financial planning processes
  • Facilitating the consolidation of monthly reporting and providing clarity on financial performance
  • Identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong analytical skills, advanced computer skills, and experience in database management. You'll also need to be able to work independently or as part of a team, and be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
