This role is based at our Dunedin office and involves managing financial transactions and revenue operations for Oritain.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Transactions: Ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue transactions and reconciliation of revenue accounts.
  2. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to treasury and revenue management.
  3. Treasury Management: Liaise with banking partners around treasury management including term deposits and forward exchange contracts.
  4. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage multi-currency cash flow accounts.
  5. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial and revenue insight reports and analysis related to treasury and revenue activities.

About You:

  1. Experience: 3+ years spent in a fast-paced accounts team, with strong experience across billing & debtor functions.
  2. Skillset: Ideally have prior experience in multi-currency treasury management and revenue accounting.
  3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that go beyond simply processing. You will have strong technical knowledge and be able to grasp and apply concepts, thinking critically and methodically.
  4. Communication Skills: With your naturally calm manner, you will have the ability to manage your workload effectively, balancing your obligations to a variety of internal and external stakeholders with ease.
