Elite Mental Health Specialist Opportunity in North Island, New Zealand

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant psychiatrist to join our passionate multidisciplinary team at the mental health & addiction services based in New Zealand.
This exciting opportunity is perfect for a dedicated professional looking to reconnect and extend their personal and professional world.
About the role:
- Busy role with a broad variety of psychiatry
- 1:7 on-call roster
- 3 days addiction psychiatry; 2 days general community psychiatry
- 12-month commitment preferred; will also consider 9 months
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about providing holistic healthcare and have a strong passion for putting people first, embedding Te Ao Maori in everyday practice, leading with kindness, and achieving excellence together.
The role is based on the North Island and involves some clinic days at the satellite office.
You will have access to skiing, hiking, and fishing opportunities, as well as a vibrant community enriched by lakes, forest, and agriculture.
