Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing high-quality psychiatric care to infants, children, and adolescents, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in general psychiatry, hold or be eligible for Vocational Registration as a Child Psychiatrist with the Medical Council of NZ, and enjoy teaching. The opportunity to work in a busy and dynamic environment with a broad variety of child and adolescent psychiatry cases is available.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert psychiatric care to infants, children, and adolescents
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
Requirements
- Strong background in general psychiatry
- Vocational Registration as a Child Psychiatrist with the Medical Council of NZ
- Pleasure in teaching and mentoring
