Mental Health Nurse Leader

This Clinical Nurse Specialist position requires a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse to lead the Acute Response Team in delivering exceptional care to individuals in crisis.
You will be responsible for undertaking advanced assessments, developing comprehensive care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care.
A key focus of this role is to promote equity and achieve improved outcomes for Māori accessing care, by identifying and addressing systemic barriers and inequalities.
Requirements:
- Current APC and registration as a New Zealand Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in an acute mental health setting.
- Post-graduate qualification in mental health nursing (Master's level preferred).
