At Health New Zealand – Lakes, we are seeking an exceptional Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Medical Imaging Consultant, you will work closely with our small but supportive team of consultant radiologists and radiology support staff. We offer flexible working arrangements, including part-time and full-time options, allowing you to achieve a great balance between your professional and personal life.

The role involves providing expert diagnostic imaging services using a range of modalities, including GE Apex Elite CT and Canon Aquilion Prime CT, 1.5T Siemens Magnetom Aera MRI, and more. You will be part of a dynamic department that values quality, audit, peer review, and teaching activities. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in private practice and contribute to healthy departmental growth.

To succeed in this role, you must hold FRANZCR/FRCR/ACR Board certification or equivalent and be eligible for specialist registration within three months of obtaining it.
