Mental Health Clinician

As a specialist in community mental health, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in need. This exciting opportunity is for an experienced clinician to join our continuing care team, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize recovery and quality of life.
You will be competent in all facets of assessment, holistic care, and multi-disciplinary team work, with a demonstrated ability to work with diverse ethnicities, particularly Māori/Iwi.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist intervention for people to optimise recovery and quality of life as well as case coordination.
- Work collaboratively with complementary internal and external partner organisations.
- Ensure all inter-disciplinary referrals within the team will be performed with consent from whaiora and their whānau (where applicable).
We are seeking a registered clinician with experience in a community mental health environment. You will possess sound assessment and psychosocial intervention skills, and hold an annual practising certificate & Registered with the appropriate regulatory body.
