About the Role

This is a six-month fixed-term full-time role covering maternity leave, based on-site in our Greenlane office. The successful applicant will work alongside Client Relationship Managers, the Programme Management team, and report to the Administration Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Handling day-to-day office tasks, including ordering stationery and supplies.
  • Programme Co-ordination: Supporting the Programme team with programme running, ensuring accurate documentation, meeting deadlines, and effective programme management.
  • Enrolment Documentation: Managing and coordinating the enrolment process for learners, from paperwork to follow-ups and certifications.
  • Data Input: Updating the CRM and student database with relevant information.
  • Team Liaison: Collaborating with Client Relationship and Programme Teams on paperwork and enrolment follow-ups.
  • General Administration: Providing administrative support to the Edvance team and programmes.
About You
  • Prior experience in office administration or similar (ideally 2 years).
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Systematic and proactive approach with high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible work approach.
